What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo taken near your pet’s eye level usually gives us the best detail. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and photos where part of the face is hidden.
What if my photo isn’t suitable?
If the photo does not give us enough detail, we’ll contact you before production and help you choose another.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. You’ll receive an artwork preview before production. We’ll only make your portrait light after the artwork is approved.
Can you combine more than one pet?
Yes, selected portrait options can include multiple pets. Choose the number of pets on the product page.
Can you combine more than one pet?
We usually send your artwork preview within 1–3 business days. Once the artwork is approved, production and dispatch usually take 2–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch.
