Production time
After your order is placed, we review your photo and prepare the artwork for your portrait light.
Estimated production time is usually 2–3 business days after artwork approval.
If we need another photo or additional details, we’ll contact you before production begins.
Artwork preview
You’ll receive an artwork preview before your portrait light is made. Your order includes one free revision before production.
Production begins after the artwork is approved.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is usually 3–8 business days after your order has shipped.
Delivery time may vary depending on your delivery country, shipping method, customs clearance, local carriers, holidays, weather, or other delays outside of our control.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its progress.
Taxes and duties
Taxes, duties, and import fees may apply depending on your delivery country and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
