Each portrait light is custom-made from your photo, so our return policy is different from a standard ready-made item.

Before production

If your order has not entered artwork preparation or production, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help with changes or cancellation requests.

Artwork approval

You’ll receive an artwork preview before production. Your order includes one free revision before the portrait light is made.

Once the artwork is approved and production begins, the order can no longer be cancelled for personal preference.

Custom-made items

Because each portrait light is made specifically for your photo, approved and produced orders cannot be returned because of a change of mind, photo choice, or personal preference.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or if there is a production mistake, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
